We take it a step further by assigning three designers even to our most basic package.

Many companies skip this vital quality control step—but we know that involving multiple designers on a single project consistently produces better outcomes. That’s why we provide three designers in the basic package and even more for our extended packages.

2. Every project is assigned an account manager!

Before any logo sample or revision reaches you, it undergoes a thorough review by the account manager, who evaluates two key aspects:

First, does the design’s quality and style align with the customer’s original requirements?

Second, do the logo samples offer enough variety to help you decide on the next revision or request?

If there’s any doubt about either of these points, the designs are sent back to the designers for further refinement.

3. Continuous quality monitoring of our design team!

Each design delivered by our designers is carefully evaluated by the account manager, who scores it on a scale from 1 to 10.

At the end of every month, we calculate the average scores to assess each designer’s performance and ensure our high standards are consistently upheld.

We hire and retain only those designers who meet the quality levels we hold ourselves to.

4. Designer incentive program

At the end of each month, the top five designers with the highest average scores receive a generous monetary bonus.
